Day 1: Jerusalem
Arrive at Ben-Gurion Airport and transfer to your hotel. After settling in, take a short walk in the area followed by dinner and night exploration of the Machaneh Yehuda market as it comes to life after dark.

OLD CITY, BEHIND THE SCENES
Day 2: Jerusalem
Explore the back corners and hidden alleyways of Jerusalem's Old City. Walk through the markets, tasting foods, meeting people and discovering the unique stories that make Jerusalem so special. Take a behind-the-scenes tour at theWestern Wall Tunnels. Finally, as night falls, head to the bakeries of Jerusalem to see how they prepare for the coming Sabbath.

JERUSALEM UPDATE
Day 3: Jerusalem
Spend the morning at Yad V'Shem visiting the outdoor memorials and seeing the new exhibits that have been recently opened. After a lunch market tasting tour, spend the afternoon delving into the geo-political realities of Jerusalem and its surrounding neighborhoods. In the evening head to the Western Wall to welcome the Sabbath.

LEGENDS OF JERUSALEM
Day 4: Jerusalem
Visit the most recent exhibitions in the Israel Museum. Walk through the new neighborhoods of Jerusalem to hear the legends of the city along Prophets Street and through the 19th century neighborhoods.

INNOVATION & ECOLOGY
Day 5: Galilee and Jordan Valley
Head north, stopping for overlooks into the desert as you travel up the Jordan Valley. Get a sense of Israel's technological advances in bio-agriculture as well as visiting a local Kibbutz.

STRATEGIC CHALLENGES
Day 6: Galilee
Visit the Lebanese Border for an update on the current situation. Drive ATV's through the upper Galilee, and finish the day with a cooking workshop and dinner with local residents.

A MICROCOSM OF HISTORY
Day 7: Galilee
Stop at Tzippori to see some of the most incredible mosaics found in Israel before heading to Nazareth. Visit Nazareth's Old City and stop by a 200 year old mansion-turned-guest house. Finish the day with an overlook on the West Bank from Israel's narrow waistline. ​

UNKNOWN CORNERS
Day 8: Tel Aviv
Tel Aviv's Central Bus Station is home to artist galleries, art installations, an incredible array of restaurants and shops, and of course, some bus stops. Spend the morning discovering the mysterious history of this Tel Aviv landmark. In the afternoon, explore Ajami, an off-the- beaten track neighborhood of Jaffa with an unusual history of co-existence. End the day with a bike ride along the beach promenade.
